About the Chef

Chef Fej is an honours graduate of Dubrulle School of Culinary Arts. For over 20 years he has practiced his craft at many successful and award winning restaurants and has acquired a great knowledge of International cuisine. Chef Fej's signature style is Contemporary West Coast Cuisine with Asian and Mediterranean Influences and his seasonally inspired dishes will delight you and your guests.
